| History of the Name: The name Bill’s Pills began
as a humorous response from Bill’s wife during a conversation
about his dream of someday owning his own pharmacy. Bill’s
Pills always
generated a chuckle in any conversation about becoming a business owner.
After many years of practicing pharmacy Bill Overkamp has realized his
dream. Bill’s Pills was actually chosen as the favorite by
the marketing team that was hired and became official when the surprise
was replaced with enthusiasm.
Bill’s
Pills is a unique concept in the profession of
pharmacy. While all prescriptions will be accepted there
will be no third party sbilling on the part of the pharmacy.
By functioning as an Insurance Free
Pharmacy, patients will experience low prescription costs for
medications not covered by their insurance or for quantities not allowed
by their insurance. For patients without insurance the cost savings
should be dramatic. Bill’s
Pills will provide receipts that patients can send into their
insurance companies for reimbursement if they so desire. The goal of
this pharmacy is to fill your prescription with just what the
Doctor ordered.
